The simple rules for using this site and playing Tower Rush Pakistan.

1. Acceptance

By accessing or using the Tower Rush Pakistan website (the "Site") and the Tower Rush Pakistan game (the "Game"), you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site or play the Game.

2. The Game

Tower Rush Pakistan is a skill-based arcade game playable directly in a web browser. The Game is provided for personal entertainment only.

  • The Game involves no real money, no virtual currency and no prizes of any kind.
  • The Game is a test of skill and timing only. There is no chance-based outcome.
  • No account, registration, or personal information is required to play.

3. Eligibility

The Game is suitable for all ages. There is no minimum age requirement. Minors are encouraged to play with their parents' or guardians' awareness.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree to use the Site only for lawful purposes. You agree not to:

  • Attempt to interfere with, disrupt or compromise the integrity or security of the Site.
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Site or any related systems.
  • Use automated scripts, bots, or scrapers to interact with the Game in a way that imposes unreasonable load on the Site.
  • Reverse engineer, decompile or disassemble the Site for any malicious purpose.
  • Reproduce or distribute substantial portions of the Site's content without our permission.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site — including text, graphics, SVG illustrations, layout, code, and design — is owned by the Operator or licensed for use. The Lilita One and Montserrat fonts are licensed under the SIL Open Font License via Google Fonts. Material Icons are licensed under Apache License 2.0.

You may take screenshots of your gameplay and share them freely on social media or messaging apps for personal, non-commercial use.

6. No Warranties

The Site and Game are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components. You use the Site at your own risk.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Operator will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your use of the Site or Game.

8. External Links

The Site may contain links to third-party websites (for example, the Google Fonts CDN). We are not responsible for the content, privacy practices or availability of those external sites. Visiting them is at your own risk.

9. Changes

We may update these Terms of Use from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the current version. Continued use of the Site after changes constitutes acceptance.

10. Termination

You may stop using the Site at any time by closing your browser tab. Because no account exists, there is nothing to "deactivate".

11. Governing Law

These Terms of Use are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which the Operator resides, without regard to conflict of law principles. If any provision is held unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
